15 years took him across Asia – Indonesia, India, China, Vietnam – and Eastern Europe and Turkey – Poland, Romania, Slovenia. There he built 50+ factory relationships that today form the backbone of ON HORECA: no middlemen, just direct access to production.
Before entering hospitality, Oliver Nikoleit led major retail transformations – spaces of 20,000 to 80,000 sqm, teams of up to 200 people.
Since the pandemic, hospitality has been the core focus – the same production discipline, now applied to the standards of upscale hotels, restaurants and beach clubs.
