The problem
Refurbishments rarely fail on design. They fail on sequencing: deliveries arrive late, trades wait on each other, rooms stay out of inventory longer than planned.
We plan the other way round — starting from your occupancy. First the mock-up room is signed off, then we produce, then we deliver floor by floor. Your guests stay while your hotel changes.
How a refurbishment runs with us
Tell us your room types, existing inventory and the window you can renovate in. We plan production and delivery around your occupancy.
A fully refurbished mock-up room shows the result before series production — materials, light and finish in a real room.
Production in around three months, delivery in phases. On Mallorca and in Germany, Austria and Switzerland our teams install floor by floor.
Every floor we finish is a floor you can sell again.
