The problem
A chalet or an apartment house in the mountains has one real deadline: opening day. Miss December and you lose the winter, not a week.
So we plan backwards from that day. Production, freight, mountain road, installation stay in one pair of hands, with one point of contact. On the Arlberg we furnished 30 apartments at 1,495 metres that way.
How we work in the mountains
We take floor plans, quantities and your style — apartment by apartment, from the bed to the terrace.
Before the series we build a complete mock-up room or a sample chalet corner. You check wood tone, textiles and finish in a real room before the budget is finally released.
Production in around three months, freight up to altitude, installation by our teams — aligned with the build and the season.
Anyone can furnish one apartment. Thirty of the same quality, on time, at 1,495 metres, is a different job.

Yes. On the Arlberg we furnished 30 apartments completely — every unit to the same standard, from the same production.
Yes. Our teams install in Austria, Switzerland and southern Germany. Freight and delivery are planned with the project, including the mountain road and the build window.
Furniture production takes around three months. For a complete building including planning, freight and installation, allow around a year. We plan backwards from opening day and tell you early when the order has to be placed.
Yes — EN 1021 / B1, Crib 5. Test certificates come with every order.
Yes. Rooms, lobby, bar and restaurant — specified once, produced factory-direct, delivered and installed as one package.
Yes. We produce to their drawings and suggest materials and construction details where a design has to survive daily rental use.
