Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum quantity?
A container pays off from about one 20-foot container. You can mix furniture – loungers, tables, lounges and chairs in one container.
How long does delivery take?
Production in Asia two to three months, sea freight four to six weeks. For a May season, order by January.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes, as you prefer: we send you the sample by air freight (at extra cost), a certified external quality inspector checks it at the factory, or you approve it by video call and film. The series starts only after your approval.
How do delivery and customs work?
We organise shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your site – installation on request.
Is the furniture suitable for hospitality?
Yes. Made for daily use in hotels, restaurants and beach clubs, with outdoor fabrics and weatherproof materials.
