The ambition. A hotel that opens on time and looks exactly like the design – from the lobby to the last guest room.

The wall. Joiner, tiler, kitchen fitter, furniture maker, textiles: every trade has its own contract, schedule and interfaces. The risk. When interfaces fail, deadline and design slip at the same time.

We don't have one factory per country. We have several. So we don't produce where we have to — we produce where it is right for your project.

Six months. 30 apartments. In the middle of the pandemic.

No catalogue photography on this page. This is a building at 1,495 metres as we took it on, and the same building in operation. Six months in between: sampling, production in Eastern Europe, installation in Austria — at a time when borders were closed and supply chains had broken down.

Questions about the turnkey interior

What does the turnkey interior include?

Everything you see and touch in the room: furniture and FF&E, built-ins and joinery, kitchens and bathrooms, floors and wall finishes, walls, ceilings and interior doors, lighting, textiles and decor. Building services such as electrics, plumbing and HVAC stay with your general contractor – we coordinate the interfaces.

Do we have one contract and one contact?

Yes. ON HORECA manages all interior trades and is your single point of contact from brief to handover.

Can you build to our architect’s design?

Yes. We work to your architect’s drawings and FF&E specification – or our interior designers develop the concept with the eye of a 4- and 5-star designer.

Where is everything produced?

First choice is regional – here in the UK, or in Germany, France or Spain – then our partner workshops in Eastern Europe. For portfolio volumes, our strategic partners in Asia are a second option.

How fast do we receive a price?

Within one week of receiving plans, tender or room schedule you receive a first price for the complete interior.

Do you also refurbish hotels in operation?

Yes – floor by floor or room by room, planned around occupancy.

Does the furniture meet fire-safety standards?

Yes — EN 1021 / B1, Crib 5. Test certificates come with every order.
