In Mallorca there seems to be an estate agent on every corner. Most offices look the same: white, bright, brochures in the window. Standing out takes a space that feels like the properties you sell.
The idea: the office as a private club
ON Circle combines the system of a chain with the atmosphere of a club. Classic raised panels in ink navy, partly matt, partly high gloss. Leather sofas and club chairs, lights in brass and milk glass, oak herringbone floors. Blue in blue, because Mallorca is an island, but without beach and without cliché.
Beautiful is not enough
An estate agency is a workplace. That is why ON Circle has real advisor desks with cable management and storage, a long table for the team, a work bar for quick meetings and a quiet consultation room for closing.
Art people remember
Instead of stock photos, original pop art hangs on the walls: cyclists on the mountain road, the finca under the olive tree, in a grid and nine shades of blue. The piece clients talk about.
