What We Do

Contract Furniture & FF&E — one partner from plan to opening.

We make the pieces that make a place — bespoke, made to order, direct from our production in Europe and Asia – factories we have helped build over decades. Our natural scale is the project: 300 chairs, 120 beds, the complete hotel from plan to opening. Factory-direct pays off most from a full truckload upwards. It works below that too: a special edition, a signature piece, a single space — we build it wherever it can be made well, priced for exclusivity rather than volume. Premium by default. Design Studio

Concept & interior planning — designed in-house.

Before a single chair is made, we design the space. Our studio develops the interior concept, the exterior look and photorealistic renderings — and carries it through technical planning, build-out and complete furnishing. And because we manufacture ourselves, everything we design can actually be produced – the chair in the rendering is the chair that arrives. One team, one idea, one point of contact.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We make a single custom piece and ship it anywhere in the world. A one-off is priced as a one-off — sampling, packaging and freight included. Volume changes everything.

Do you only work with hotels?

No. Every kind of hospitality project, from a single piece upwards: hotels and resorts, restaurants, bars, beach clubs, spas and retreats, serviced apartments and co-living, and large private villas.

Do you send samples?

Yes, worldwide. Quoted per piece.

Do you manufacture the furniture yourselves?

Yes — in the same factories that produce for Europe's retail and hospitality brands, in Germany, Eastern Europe and Asia.

Can we see the quality before we order?

Yes. We build mockup rooms — a complete sample room before production starts.

Do you install on Mallorca?

Yes, with our architect and local construction teams.

Can you build a complete restaurant or club?

Yes — the complete fit-out, from one source.

How long does a project take?

Furniture production three months. Complete projects with planning and installation, allow around a year.

Do your products meet fire safety standards?
