What We Do

Contract Furniture & FF&E — one partner from plan to opening.

We make the pieces that make a place — bespoke, made to order, direct from our own factories in Asia and Europe. Our natural scale is the project: 300 chairs, 120 beds, the complete hotel from plan to opening. Factory-direct pays off most from a full truckload upwards. It works below that too: a special edition, a signature piece, a single space — we build it wherever it can be made well, priced for exclusivity rather than volume. Premium by default. Our hospitality division was born in the DACH region. Drawing on 30 years producing for Europe's leading retail and hospitality formats, we supply complete contract furnishing for hotels, restaurants and bars — we produce wherever the brands you'd otherwise only find in stores actually manufacture. Here too, our principle holds: not one factory per country, but an entire network — across Germany, Eastern Europe and Asia. Direct from the factory, delivered to your door, customs and freight handled for you. On request, with planning and installation by our own teams. Send us your tender — we respond within a week.

We work project by project. A hotel from ten rooms, a complete restaurant, a bar, or a property with multiple living and communal areas. Smaller orders work too — a single signature piece, priced for exclusivity rather than volume.

Who will I be talking to?

Is there a minimum order?

No. We make a single custom piece and ship it anywhere in the world. A one-off is priced as a one-off — sampling, packaging and freight included. Volume changes everything.

Do you only work with hotels?

No. Every kind of hospitality project, from a single piece upwards: hotels and resorts, restaurants, bars, beach clubs, spas and retreats, serviced apartments and co-living, and large private villas.

Do you send samples?

Yes, worldwide. Quoted per piece.

Do you provide a sample room before production starts?

Yes. Before a single piece goes into production, we build a complete sample room where you can see and touch the real space. Plus test certificates to EN 1021 / B1 with every order.

Do you build exactly to our architect's design?

Yes. Your design, our production — built exactly as drawn. A great design often fails only because the market doesn't carry the piece: we're not a middleman, we produce it ourselves, exactly as designed.

Do you produce at multiple locations?

Yes — Germany, Eastern Europe, Asia. We choose whichever location is right for your project. Our own production network in Eastern Europe and Asia, plus our own container logistics, kept delivering reliably through the pandemic, when others couldn't.

Do you manufacture the furniture yourselves?

Yes — in the same factories that produce for leading European retail and hospitality brands, in Eastern Europe and Asia.

Can we see the quality before we order?

Yes. We build mockup rooms — a complete sample room before production starts.

Do you handle planning and installation in Germany, Austria and Switzerland?

Yes, with our own teams on site.

How long does a project take?

Furniture production three months. Complete projects with planning and installation, allow around a year.

Do your products meet fire safety standards?

Yes — EN 1021, B1, Crib 5. Test certificates with every order.

Do you also work with investors, developers and operating companies, not just architects?

Yes — owners, investors, developers, general contractors, architects, hotel-chain CEOs. Calculable and scalable across multiple properties.

Are you an FF&E supplier for hotel projects?

Yes, complete FF&E from a single source.

Do you also develop restaurant interior concepts?
